Summary | 0008702: Mouse cursor stays as text caret when moving from text area to scrollbars
Description | This is a minor interface issue. I am assuming the mouse pointer should revert to a normal 'arrow' when hovering over the bottom and right scrollbars. If a text area is immediately next to the scrollbars, moving from the text area to the scrollbars keeps a text caret as a cursor, instead of switching to an 'arrow'.
Steps To Reproduce | Draw a large text area Zoom in until this text area fills the screen, and extends beyond the current view Click to edit the text area Note the mouse pointer is now a text caret Move the mouse pointer onto either scrollbars (bottom or right), going no further than the scrollbar Note the mouse pointer is still a text caret, not the normal pointer. Move the mouse pointer beyond the scrollbars (i.e. beneath the bottom scrollbar) - note this now correctly changes the cursor
