Summary0009413: no useful effect of setting scaling preference for image frames
DescriptionWhile it is possible to set a Scaling preference for image frames in Preferences > Tools, this has no effect when an image is loaded.
Creating a new image frame initially shows Scaling to be as set, but when image is loaded, it still defaults to 100%.
Steps To ReproduceSet scaling of image frames in Prefences, Apply, Save.
Open new doc, make image frame.
Check Properties > Image -- should show your selected preference.
Get Image -- image will be imported at 100%

This also applies to 1.50svn -- this also fails to apply scaling to a loaded image.

In addition, setting the preferences for Scale Image to Frame works in both versions.
