| Summary | 0000956: Add a "duplicate layer" feature | ||||
| Description | It would be great to be able to duplicate a layer with all its objects, at first on the same page, and why not duplicate the layer from one page to (a) different page(s). | ||||

1. Copying a layer should be easy via Layers palette. Copying layer means creating a new layer with all of the objects from the same layer. A new layer would be always placed above the one it was copied from. 2. Add "Copy layer" button to "Layers" palette. So the order of buttons (left to right)would be: New, Copy, Remove, Up, Down. 3. Tell me if you need an icon :) |
Only thing that needs to be done is getting a better icon for the button, but there's already a bug for the layer palette icons. |
