Summary | 0009594: Some color profiles produces color output in PDF for greyscale image
Description | There are two images in attached files. Both are grey, but have different color profiles. I guess one of them are wrong due to GIMP bug, but it would be nice if Scribus could handle such issues. The bug is keeping color color profiles for files in greyscale mode. After export as PDF image with wrong profile converts to color. Could Scribus ignore color profiles for greyscale images or convert them to some kind of dot gain?

The IMG_3507.JPG file is indeed broken : it contains a grayscale image, but a RBG profile. We currently do not check for such mismatch and should |
|
Note that if you print this .sla file to .PS with separation on, both images appear only on black plate (see attached grey.ps), i.e. they both are treated as greyscale. |
