Summary0014341: Use "Create Image" button + CTRL CLICK to insert smart sized frame
DescriptionWith image button :
- click inserts preset size frame,
- SHIFT click inserts to-margin sized frame

but as for now, CTRL click inserts null sized frame

It would be friendly when CTRL click would insert some smart sized frame.

That smart size could be : the biggest rectangle that fit in the free clicked area (without crossing or overrunning other frame borders).

we don't have to use every possible key shortcut.

having simple shortcuts that are still free will ease the implementation of future features.

imo, in this case, the ctrl in ctrl-click should just be ignored and a normal click should be performed.

a smart click would be ok, as soon as we have a really smart algorithm for it (one that is really useful. filling the empty space is probably not smart and useful enough).

wrong.

ctrl-click relates to creating a regular shape (square instead of a rectangle).

ctrl should simply be ignored when clicking and only applied when moving.

ctrl-click (with no move) should simply do the same as click (for now)
