Summary | 0008099: Lines don't snap to guides well
Description | With snap to guides turned on, I can place a new line near a guide and the handle doesn't snap to the guide. Eventually, by repeatedly dragging the line handles across the guides, they will snap to it. But there is 'wiggle room' even after the handle has snapped to the guide. Both handles of a line can be snapped to the same vertical guide and yet the line is not completely vertical.
Steps To Reproduce | Create a vertical guide. Turn on 'Snap to guides' Try to make a dead-vertical line using the guide. After the two line handles have snapped to the guide, drag one of the line handles slightly right or left, and observe that the line angle will change, though the handles are still snapped to the guide.
Additional Information | There should not be wiggle room within a guide.
