Summary0009701: After creating a frame, cursor sometimes changes into either a black rectangle or just the white tip of arrow.
DescriptionWhether importing an object or just creating a frame, the cursor sometimes changes into a black rectangle, approximately 3/8" wide and 3/16 high. There are periods when it doesn't happen hardly at all, and then periods when it seems to always happen. It interferes with transitioning into the double arrow one needs to resize frames. Usually with a bit or a lot of fiddling I can get the rectangle to change into the double arrow. At other times, the white arrow cursor is mostly truncated with just the top 3/32" appearing.

afaik, windows 2000 is the oldest windows version still supported (and you have to add a library to get scribus to work)... i guess that such problem may happen...

Yes, I know about adding gdiplus.dll. I've worked with 5 versions over the last few years. This cursor issue appeared once before in an older version, but it was not there in 1.3.6, but reappeared immediately after installing 1.3.9.
