Summary0011082: About "Manage Page" window UI
DescriptionThis window is a very nice enhancement over 1.4
Please find some feedbacks and propositions

- Pages can be reordered or edited all through the whole life length of the document, when "document layout" (1, 2, 3 or 4 facing pages, firstpage left or right) is set only ONCE in the document's life.
So the "document layout" part of the pane should not be on the same pane as "masterpage and pages" since it takes room but is useless 99% of the time as soon as the initial choice is done.

- in the masterpage listing, switching from "thumbshot view" to "name view" (or vice vesa) would be easyer to discover and to use when the display mode could be choosen through buttons, instead of via the right click menu.

- It is possible to apply a masterpage via drag and droping it on the page in the listing railway view of the "manage pages" window, but that requires a more detailed and precise move. It would not replace all uses but as for the currently edited page, it would be easier for the user to apply a masterpage via drag and droping it on the canvas editing view (where the page is currently being edited).

As for the last point : the mouse pointer seem to say it is possible to drop the masterpage over the edited page. But AMOF this seem to have no effect.
Genrally speaking, it would be easier to understand what is possible and what is not possible when the mouse pointer would change to some "forbidden" or "red cross" symbol when drag and dropping over some place where the "drop action" is not possible.
