Summary0016805: Image skewing support and UI controls
DescriptionHi! I've made a draft implementation of image skewing for my own needs. If the feature seems to be useful for other, I would be glad to made the necessary modifications and to prepare patches. The main question for me is to where to put the controls? Currently I've placed them on the image properties palette below the rotation. However, should we clutter up the space if rotation is enough for most of the users?

My branch with skew is there: https://github.com/wolneykien/scribus/tree/patches/skew .
Additional InformationKnown issues: currently, the offsets isn't right when in fit-to-frame mode.

Thats interesting and might be nice to have. With those identified issues fixed, we could probably include it. Just checking on Jean's feedback.
