Summary | 0012834: Ruler cursor persists even when it's no longer useful
Description | The ruler cursor persists after changing the basic coordinates, and it's impossible to change it back to any other cursor type.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Create a new doc; 2) Insert any type of item; 3) Use the mouse by clicking into the upper left corner of the rulers and drag to new base coordinates. --> The cursor doesn't switch back to its default form (arrow), but keeps its "cross" form, no matter what other type of mouse operations are being made.
Additional Information | No problem in 1.5.0svn.
