Summary | 0014152: Inconsistent handling of font managment
Description | The difference between "Preferences" and "Document Setup" is one of pillars of Scribus usage, but the handling of fonts is breaching the barriers between those two. Part and parcel of the "Preferences" dialogue is that the settings are for new documents (leaving aside general settings like the paths to gs etc.). That doesn't work for fonts, though, as font management in "Preferences" interferes with document settings.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Create a simple document, add a text frame, and insert sample text. 2) Choose a font for the text frame in the PP. 3) Save and close the document. 4) Now open "Preferences" and deselect the used font from the list of available fonts. (Remember, this should only be of importance for new documents.) 5) Re-open the previously saved document. Now, Scribus asks for a replacement font, even though the font is available and has been made available via the Document Setup! This should be stored in the document itself and override the Prefs.
