Summary0015101: Horizontally scrolling widescreen mode for ultra-wide-screen monitors
DescriptionWhen designing brochures with left and right pages, I spend insane amounts of time and physical effort scrolling because Scribus uses vertical scrolling while my monitor is horizontal (like all monitors these days, unless you flip it 90 degrees). This is particularly annoying with the rise of "ultra-wide" (21:9) monitors, and multi-monitor setups.

Scribus should let me use the bottom of the screen as scratch space and the width of the screen as horizontally scrolling pages. It's a huge waste of screen real estate right now, preventing me from easily having a "global view" of my document and straining the hands for scrolling that much.
