|Summary||0016219: Import ms publisher files Photos shot in portrait are not rotated in image frame, and are off centered.|
|Description||Not sure if this is an issue with Publisher, its' export routines, or import routines within Scribus.|
Imported a mspub file into Scribus, two images are shot in portrait mode. These two image frames appear blank. Images are in the frames but are not rotated correctly and are off center. Can manually select the image to move withing the frame to correct issue.
|Steps To Reproduce||Import ms publisher file with image shot in portrait.|
|Additional Information||Checked this with LibreOffice 7.0 importing file. The images are centered in the frames, but are not rotate correctly. Is the import code base used in each project the same code? (possible different versions)|
|Tags||empty image frames, ms pub, publisher|
||A sample file is needed. I don't have Publisher.|
Sorry for the delay on this. I finally felt better to get in front of the computer again.
Link has the file, unfortunately I cant trim the size down to just the page in question.
||Page in question if the front cover. Note the two image frames on the right that appear empty. If you select option to adjust image to frame it will center it, however the image will not be rotated properly.|
