Summary0017019: Hyphenation exceptions delete themselves
DescriptionThe feature to ignore words does not persist across file saves in Scribus 1.5.5. I can add as many words as I like to the Hyphenator ignore list while the file is open and if I check back in Document Setup, the exceptions will still be there. But once I close the file and reopen (whether or not I close Scribus itself) the ignore list will be blank again.
Steps To ReproduceOpen a document in Scribus 1.5.5; use the hyphenator to add one or more words to the "ignore list". Hit Okay. Reopen the hyphenator and you will see the words are still there. Close the document, then reopen. Check the "Ignore list" again, and the ignored words will be gone.
Additional InformationI use scribus to typeset projects for bookbinding and it would be very convenient to have an exception list of proper nouns for a individual story that wouldn't be hyphenated (especially for fantasy). There's a feature that's supposed to do this via Document Setup -> Hyphenator. I can add as many words as I like to the Hyphenator ignore list while the file is open and if I check back in Document Setup, the exceptions will still be there. But once I close the file and reopen (whether or not I close Scribus itself) the ignore list will be blank again.

If I open up my Scribus document in a text editor after doing this, the list of exceptions will still be visible in the document. And if I use Scribus to to and add a new exception word, that word will overwrite the existing list of exceptions when viewed in the text editor. If I use save-as to save a copy of my file, the hidden exception list gets deleted. It seems like the hidden exception list continues to work (I cannot get it to split words when I tested it) while it's included in the SLA file, but because the list disappears without warning it's not possible to rely on it.
