Summary0011481: Wrong warning displayed when a colour palette is imported twice
DescriptionWhen try to import a colour palette which has the same colour names as the current one Scribus shows the following warning:

"The file /home/christoph/Scribus-143-updates/swatches/Bundesregierung_CMYK.xml does not contain colours which can be imported. If the file was a PostScript-based, try to import it with File -> Import. Not all files have DSC conformant comments where the colour descriptions are located. This prevents importing colours from some files. See the Edit Colours section of the documentation for more details."

This makes non sense, and there should be a proper warning.
Steps To ReproduceOpen document and remove unused colours. Import a new colour palette, then import the same palette again or a palette that contains the same colour names -> wrong warning is been shown.
Additional InformationSame in 1.5.0svn.
