(other bug : the bottom of the word is very slightly entering the top of the other frame. With high zoom level and a colored semi-transparent frame it can be seen too in the created pdf. )

(Nb: Other examples for the 0011628 bug are now fixed)

I think you are just at the cutting edge so to speak of the trigger for bumping the text to the next line.
I took your file and moved the superimposed frame about 0.2mm down and the second Matérial popped up to where it should be.

I agree that bumping the text to the next line is close. This might help to fix the bug ? Whether at this cutting edge or not, it should not happen, and it happens quite frequently in real world finishing laout situations.

I upload another screenshot displaying issue "3parenthese.png".
The text frame's second column begins with a title : '3) "Ça commence"'
In th used fond, the ) is taller than the 3, and the line is broken after the 3. Imagine all numbered titles being torn apart like that !

I upload yet another screenshot displaying how it happens in the middle of a word (after trying to change the layout so as to avoid the first situation).

Lines are broken apart when they should not (this is remaining issues not fixed with fix for 0011628). This has far worse effects.

Another issue can be seen aswell : the word on top = the letters of the text before the line is broken, are shrunk horizontaly for no reason. This is 0011995 : "Bad layout : text shrinks when too tightly approached"

I upload new screenshot of what happens 'layout critical issue.jpg'

"construction" word is broken in parts at top of column, due to top image frame.

This bug was supposed to have been fixed but it hasnt and it is really painfull
