Summary0012287: Changing document preferences should mark document as changed
DescriptionWhen changing some newly loaded document preferences and CTRL+S saving it, nothing is saved because the document has not been considered as changed.

Changing document preferences does not mark document as changed
(at least the color management tab)

Changing document preference should mark document as changed.

The risk is that some important document preferences changes can be lost and ignored.

Scribus 1.5.0 SVN (19130): cannot reproduce this issue.
Simply opening Files > Document Setup... and clicking OK Scribus marks the document as changed. Tested also if it was able to save some changes to the Document Setup and worked for me.

Changing File > Preferences does not require saving as general Scribus settings are not bounded to the document itself.
