Summary0006158: Crash on closing document; error message "Scribus crashes due to Signal 0000011"
DescriptionOpen closing a document, sometimes crashes and displays an error dialog box reading: "Scribus crashes due to Signal 0000011." Will do this whether closing via the KDE window titlebar or via the Scribus menu. Number of Scribus documents concurrently open seems to have no bearing (crashes as often with only a single document open as with multiple documents open).
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new document or open an existing Scribus doc.
2. Alter the document in some way (add text or image frames, move an existing frame, alter or add content to an existing frame)
3. Save changes
4. Close the document either through the KDE window titlebar or via the Scribus menu
5. Crash seems to happen approximately 1 out of 5 closes.
Additional InformationHaven't noticed any sort of common factor to these crashes. Will happen with any number of documents concurrently open, and doesn't seem to be related to the complexity of the document. As time permits, I'll test against my archive of Scribus jobs (I've got a few hundred by now, going all the way back to 1.2.x versions) and see if image types or linked text frames have any bearing. Also, I've added Craig Drummond's Pre-KDE4 "kfontinst" to my KDE 3.5.7, so it may be a font-handling issue (I use OpenType fonts). I'll revert back to the stock kfontist for 3.5.7 and see if this seems to fix it.
