Summary0009938: 'Grid Spacing' won't go beyond 0.1389 in
DescriptionIn Scribus 1.5.0svn (Scribus Trunk PPA build for Ubuntu 10.10), I can't set minor grid spacing (or major grid spacing) to any number below 0.1389 in (10 pt). In Scribus 1.3.9 (Ubuntu build) I have no trouble. Baseline grid spacing also works fine in both versions.
Steps To Reproduce1. Bring up the Document Settings dialog (on an open document or by checking 'Show Document Settings After creation' checkbox on 'New Document' dialog).

2. Select the 'Guides' panel.

3. Attempt to change the spinbox values for 'Major Grid Spacing' or 'Minor Grid Spacing' to anything below 10 pt or 0.1389 in.
Additional InformationI typically work in 1/8" grid increments for US Letter sized documents, as it gives me nice fine-grained layout control.

The minimum for the Minor Grid Spacing was set wrong, the Major is correct at 10x the Minor maximum.
