Summary	0010888: Right clicking on the tab mark in the ruler should not cycle but show the list of available types
Description	When in text edit mode, you can add tabs in the ruler. If you want a right aligned tab, you have to right click multiple times on the tab mark, without really seeing what is happening. It would be better to show a context menu where one can choose the type of tab to be used...
