Summary	0000120: Ability to detect and show/hide the Tools dialog windows from Scripter
Description	It would be nice to be able to detect (and therefore save) the visible state of the Tools Dialogs (eg Properties). In this way, scripts that run for awhile will not be slowed down by the constant updating of the Properties/Outline etc dialogs. They can then bew reshown if previously shown at the end of the script.
