Summary0015903: Basepoint tool sets coordinates based on the last state and and ignores the change
Description-- Open sample Basepoint.sla document
In the document I want to set it up the bottom of the text frame to 100 mm coordinates.
-- You write in field of Y coordinate: 100 mm --> click Basepoint tool point of bottom-left.

-- Active point in Basepoint tool: Bottom-left
-- Y-coordinate value: 150 mm

-- You write in field of Y coordinate: 100 mm --> click Basepoint tool point of bottom-left (or press Enter button).

Now the setting is correct

This issue is not fixable as we would need to guess the future in order to fix it. In this situation, we first get a signal that the value in the spinbox has changed. We have no way to guess that we will get a signal indicating that the basepoint has changed right afterwards.
