Summary	0016575: when drawing a dotted or dashed line first put the dashes / dots in the corners / nodes
Description	it should at least be an option (for each corner?) to make them "nice" when the line has dots or dashes. the dots / dashes on the lines should then be calculated to correctly fill the space between the corners. this is also true for the first / last node (currently the last dash can be half on top of the first one)
