Summary0017036: inline items produce a box at the start of the frame
Description- create a text frame
- insert some text
- paste after the text an svg
- at the start of the text frame there is an artifact

this does not happen with the 1.5.9 i have here.

Also, when text frame is narrower than inline SVG graphic, then SVG graphic is not displayed at all, and also text is not displayed that will normaly flow after that SVG.

To be exact, if SVG is 50 mm wide, the minimum width of text frame should be 50.448 mm and everything will be displayed fine.
But, if width of text frame is 50.447 mm or less, SVG and text after it will not be displayed.
