Summary0017037: File for Dutch hyphenation patterns gives bad results.
DescriptionThe file hyph_nl.dic (located in share\dicts\hyph) seems to be outdated, which results in quite unsatisfactory hyphenation for Dutch texts. I found a newer/better version of this file on:
https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/dictionaries/blob/master/nl_NL/hyph_nl_NL.dic
It significantly improves Dutch hyphenation.
Steps To Reproduce• Create a text frame.
• Enter the Dutch word "bokkenrijders".
• Resize the text frame and notice that Scribus will never hyphenate this word as "bokkenrij-ders", which nonetheless is a valid hyphenation in Dutch.
• Replace hyph_nl.dic with the better version mentioned above. (Don't change the file name.)
• Scribus will now hyphenate the word "bokkenrijders" correctly, as well as many other words.

I unzipped the oxt-file from opentaal.org (version 2.1), and it apparently contains exactly the same "hyph_nl_NL.dic" of 114 kB that we already have found in other locations—they are all the same. I assume Open Taal didn't update the hyphenation patterns between v2.0 and v2.1, so we should have the most recent version now. Thanks!
