Summary0017336: All options disabled in "Document Settings > Display > Colors"
DescriptionIn "Document Settings > Display > Colors", all options are disabled.
And the colors shown do not seem to match the ones actually used by Scribus.

I've checked, and the issue seems to already be there in Scribus 1.6.

I can think of two options:

1. We just show here a message, that you can change the colors only when no document is open.
2. We save the colors to each sla document file too, so that the color theme is equal independent where you open the document.

I prefer option 1.

oh, it's only a preference that applies to documents that are opened in the future?

for what i can tell there are two reasons for setting those colors:

- personal taste: then it will be set once and forever by the user in their scribus instance (and the values should not be in the .sla)
- being able to see the decorations in a specific document (see the screenshot below...)

also, we can set the colors of the grids while a document is open, so i don't see why it should not be possible also for these other colors.

my proposition:

- in the short term, add a text message that states that only the page fill can be set on a document basis (and if we can't show the current correct values, i'd prefer not to see the other options, rather than to see all of the gray)
- in the long term:
  - the values set in the preferences are never written in the .sla
  - allow setting the values also in the document setup, store them in the .sla, and show them as soon "Ok" is pressed (and use them when opening that specific .sla)
  - i would probably move the guides colors into "Display > Colours", since there are good chances that all the colors will tweaked in one session.
