confirmed, at least on winxp: the pull down menu for line spacing options in the Properties/Text tab doesn't work as expected: -- click doesn't work, you have to keep the mouse key pressed to get it -- pull down menu is hardly recognisable as such, actually you have to know where it is to find it (the best hidden feature in scribus, i would say) I would suggest going back to classical checkboxes for these options -- they are much to important to be hidden this way |

Hey, this an evergreen. I'm almost sure there is already a bug for this, since the question arises so often on the ML and in other forums. |
christoph_s: yes, it's been an evergreen on the mailing list, but, astonishingly, there is no other bug for it. This is a quite big one, wouldn't you agree? I needed quite a while and searched mail archive to find out, where the option has been hidden. |
And you know, I prefer this drop down menu doesn't work at all! Let it not be a drop down menu. It's far too easy to just not see it... And if you don't see it, you look for it... It's like a hidden door in a castle! Just my 2 pence. :) |
