Summary | 0004289: View Master page by double click in "Arrange Pages" works only after prior right click or focus change. |
---|
Description | Double clicking on the name of an "Available Master Page" in the "Arrange Pages" tool pane is expected to open that master page for editing. However, I find that double clicking often has no effect: the window seems to enter some sort of non-functional state. By right clicking (thus opening the menu) and then left clicking (thus closing the menu), the window becomes functional again. The window can also be made functional by changing focus to another window and then returning to the "Arrange Pages" tool pane. |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | Open the "Arrange Pages" tool pane. Double click on a Master Page. If this has no effect, you have reproduced the bug. Otherwise, close the opened Master Page (by closing the "Edit Master Pages" menu). Try again to double click on a Master Page. It will not have any effect. |
---|
Additional Information | On my system (fvwm 2.5.14 with move-to-focus), I can tell whether the next double click will work, based on the presence or absence of a thin black line around one of the listed Master Pages (see attached images). |
