Summary | 0006403: Dragging frame off edge of screen fails to scroll and then causes all frame handles to disappear, requiring restart.
Description | Part of this issue has been reported (issue 1569), in as far as the lack of automatic scrolling around the canvas when moving or resizing objects beyond the edge of the screen. But furthermore, after attempting to do so, the handles (red squares on the corners) of some or all of my frames disappear, and I cannot get them back so eventually I have to save and reload the document or the program. It would only be a minor usability issue except that I have white objects which are partially on white background - and I can't see them at all and have to guess at where they are.
Steps To Reproduce | Zoom in to 200%. Drag the corner of a frame to the edge of the screen. Attempt to drag it further than the edge of the screen (other systems would auto scroll around canvas). Observe that no auto-scroll occurs. Release frame handle. Observe that frame handles have now disappeared and the edges of some objects are thus invisible.
