| Description | This is probably the same issue as in 0016964. However I cannot reopen the issue. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Start Scribus an see a five second delay for everything. Just like in the video for 0016964. | ||||
| Additional Information | I run Gnome 44.3 under wayland. Before the upgrade F37->F38 I was using X and Scribus just worked fine. Other Qt applications like krita have no issues. | ||||

Turn wayland off.. eg run it like "QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb scribus" |

If you're building Scribus from source, a change was committed last night to handle this automatically. |
