This sounds reasonable. Scribus's current design isn't really all that flexible in terms of UI (though the use of Qt gets us quite a bit of flexibility for free). The cleanups in progress for 1.3 may help with that. At some point I'm hoping to see a single-document interface style as an alternative to the MDI, and some sort of full-screen mode would be worth considering if/when window handling was reworked for that. |
