Summary | 0002036: request for a frame break
Description | When importing long, multi-part pieces, it would be really convenient to have a way to manually break between frames. This would allow different kinds of text (headline, title, subtitle, content) to all be included in a single file. If the text filter could be trained to see such breaks, it would be easy to create a template with many linked frames, and build an entire page simply by importing a single file.

I agree, that would be extremely useful. Thinking about the current workflow at work, I'd kill to have that in the app we currently use. A natural extension of that, in my view, would be "blocks" of text that are never split between frames. If the block doesn't fit, the whole block is moved to the next frame in the chain. |
